Conquer Bullying with “This Is Me” Sessions

Flipping through old family photo albums, it’s near impossible to find any photos of ourselves in our “tween” years, that age when we’re not quite children but also not yet teenagers. As much as many of us would like to blame our parents for not photographing us at that age, we probably didn’t feel confident enough to be in front of the camera!2017-01-12_0006

Many tweens are trying to figure out who it is they want to be, and that reflects in their clothes, accessories and hairstyles. We want to capture them as they are right now in this important phase! They are in a special time in their lives where we have the opportunity to build them up and instill an inner confidence that will carry them through their tween years into their teenage years, leaving a lasting confidence into adulthood.

In a world of comparison, likes and comments, it’s easy for young boys and girls to put their self-worth in the hands of those on social media. We want to show them they don’t need to compare themselves to others; they are beautiful and special exactly as they are!
2017-01-12_0007In comes the “This is Me” series

We are introducing the “This is Me” photography sessions to fill in the forgotten photo years while enriching the lives of pre-teens. The main goal is to make pre-teens look and feel beautiful and be confident in who they are right now!

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for models for our photography series, ages 7-12. We will ask the model and their parents a few questions, and then combine the text and photographs to create one impactful piece of art.

Why “This is Me”?
We want to capture the personality of these tweens and record the last stage of their childhood before they become teenagers. We want them to realize their true beauty so that they are confident in themselves before they hit Middle School. Imagine the impact a single beautiful image can do for your tween’s self-image!2017-01-12_0002

After you email us, we will send you specific details and you can decide if this series is perfect for your tween!
